What do we understand from the word “copyright”? What does it cover and what are its limitations? How does copyright affect artists and collectors once artwork ownership is transferred?

In the first part of the talk, Lee Khai, the managing partner of the the legal firm Ong and Manecksha, Chairman of the Penang State Art Gallery, and a well-known modern and contemporary art collector who has expertise and experience in handling cases involving copyright, will be sharing his invaluable knowledge and thoughts.
